Koller talks up big franchises Sony are claiming that this year will be the best ever for their handheld, and with the iPhone circling while the DS stretches its lead, the platform holder need to make good on the platform's potential.
Speaking to GI.biz this week, Sony marketing boss John Koller has said 2009 will be a massive year, with more big name franchises yet to be announced for the system.
"There's a lot of software coming. We're really focused on software, and I don't think that's a big surprise given that it's going to be the best software year the PSP has ever had, there's no doubt," he enthused.
"You can think of some of the major franchises on console that would come over to PSP and people are going to be very excited."
We're promised more news as E3 approaches.
