Acclaim's David Perry Calls Out Sony's John Koller On The PSP2 UMD Issue...Via Twitter

Acclaim's chief creative officer, David Perry , has called out Sony's director of hardware marketing, John Koller, on the PlayStation Portable 2. After hearing from his sources in the development community, Perry claimed that the forthcoming PSP2 will not have a UMD drive. Responding to the claim, Koller went with the popular "no comment" line. Perhaps feeling a bit snubbed by Koller, Perry wrote the following on this Twitter feed : "John Koller is publically questioning my post about PSP 2. So I confirmed with Top PSP 2 developers. John, state that PSP 2 WILL have UMD." This is some awesome nerd trash talking! I love that Perry is using Twitter to make such defiant statements. I love that their little exchange is akin to victory statements in a fighting game. Any second now, Koller is going to bust out, "Attack my PSP2 if you dare! I will crush you!!!" I guess the only problem with attacking Perry is that he's like... 7' 12". Source  ... (link)
