Analysis: February Video Game Sales: 'Wii Fit' Holds Top Spot

It's that glorious time again. The time when we take a look at software sales for the previous month. The NPD Group has released the numbers today and let's get it going: Wii Fit managed to hold on to its number one spot, but dropped in copies sold. Selling 777,000 in January , it fell to 644,000 in February. The big winner is Capcom's Street Fighter IV , which claimed the number two and three spots for the Xbox 360 (446,000 copies) and PS3 (403,000) respectively for a total of 849,000. It's also one of the smallest margins between the Xbox and PS3 versions of a multiplatform game I recall seeing. Will the software sales mirror the hardware sales reported by Raymond ? The top 3: Wii Fit (Wii) - 644,000 Street Fighter IV (360) - 446,000 Street Fighter IV (PS3) - 403,000 You'll have to hit the jump for the rest of the list... I wonder where Killzone 2 ranked... Wii Play (Wii) - 386,000 Killzone 2 (PS3) - 323,000 Mario ... (link)
