D3Publisher Announces Texas Cheat 'Em
D3Publisher is banking on people's natural inclination to unfair play with its announcement of Texas Cheat 'Em for the Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network, developed by Wideload. The game will launch for both systems this spring, and for the PC sometime in the future. It allows players to mix up the classic texas hold 'em style of poker by letting them cheat with x-ray vision, pre-cognition, stealing chips, and swapping cards. Can you spot which two of those can already be done in a real game of poker? The game also allows party and gambling minigames alongside the basic card game. The game will support multiplayer up to eight people, voice chat, Achievements and Trophies, and the Xbox Live Arcade version is said to have Avatar support.
