Q: What do Astro Boy and Indiana Jones have in common.
A: There's apparently no room for their games on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
Such is what one would surmise after reading the press release which reveals that Astro Boy: The Video Game is coming to the PlayStation Portable, PlayStation 2, Wii, and Nintendo DS, courtesy of D3Publisher. The game is based on the upcoming computer-generated movie by Imagi (who are perhaps best known for the last Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie), and seems to be one of the two upcoming Wii titles from High Voltage Software, who will be handling development chores on all versions but the DS-- that one goes to Art Co. Ltd.
The game is due to be released in October to coincide with the movie; for further story and gameplay details, check out the press release after the cut. Then, join me in wondering if this will even touch The Omega Factor on the Game Boy Advance.
