Final Fantasy XIII Demo Hitting Japan Next Week and is Expected to be Over an Hour Long

Over an hour and twenty minutes long to be exact! Famitsu Magazine had a chance to preview the upcoming demo and there is quite a considerable amount of gameplay within. The demo is going to consist of the opening scenes of the game, a lot of which have been seen in previous trailers shown this year. Apparently you'll get a look at an important and unknown character as well. The battle sequences are said to be quite speedy. In fact, it restores your HP to full after each battle, showing the emphasis on tough battles rather than the small ones that always tend to pop up. There hasn't been any info on a North American release for the demo, but I'm sure a lot of you will download the Japanese one anyhow. Could this be the best Final Fantasy yet? We'll see when we get our grubby hands on it. (link)
