Following Grand Theft Auto 4 's much anticipated release on PC earlier this week, reports are springing up all across the internet regarding significant issues being encountered in the game. From being unable to start the game to missing textures to seemingly arbitrary limits on graphic settings, the situation appears to be nothing short of a disaster.
