Xbox Live's Major Nelson tossed up a notice about an Acoustic Track Pack coming to Guitar Hero World Tour today, including a laid-back assortment of songs from Incubus, The Shins, and Ryan Adams. Available in both bundled and individual flavors, you can pick up each track for $2.00 (160 Microsoft points) or the entire package for a discounted $5.50 (440 Microsoft points). Each of the following tracks are currently available for download on the Xbox Live Marketplace, and are expected to arrive on the PlayStation Store later this afternoon:
"Drive" by Incubus
"New Slang" by The Shins
"Wonderwall" by Ryan Adams
After releasing an entire Oasis album on Guitar Hero World Tour just two weeks ago, it's a bit perplexing seeing Activision go with the Ryan Adams cover of Oasis' "Wonderwall". Taste in music is highly subjective, of course, but does anybody really prefer the Ryan Adams' take on the Oasis classic ?
