Insomniac Games isn't saying much about their newly announced Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack In Time , but that didn't stop them from jumping on the PlayStation Blog and teasing what's in store for the space platforming duo (and gamers) when the next installment arrives later this year. 1UP decided to listen in.
Development on the latest Ratchet & Clank has been an ongoing evolution within the studio, according to creative director Brian Allgeier. Pre-production began after the original Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction shipped, but the game didn't move into full production until after the downloadable Quest For Booty expansion was released because A Crack In Time pick up immediately after that storyline concludes.
