Last Remnant Steam bug fixed

Activation problems nailed Square Enix and Valve have conspired to fix the activation bug that had prevented purchasers of The Last Remnant for the PC from playing the game, which was released last week. While activation through Steam was essential even for boxed purchases, the game didn't actually allow registration, because the online service reported that the title wasn't released on Steam yet - which was of course technically true. Square's new RPG will be released on Steam come April 9th, but boxed owners will be pleased to hear that activation is now open regardless. More on all things RPG, Square Enix and Steamy... as we get it. (link)
