Neversoft used to be better known for skateboarding than guitars. But times change, and it looks like Neversoft has indeed moved on to Guitar Hero, leaving Tony Hawk's Pro Skater to another studio.
Giant Bomb dug up an article from Montana-based newspaper Great Falls Tribune profiling Neversoft co-founder Joel Jewett. Aside from the biographical elements detailing Jewett's rise from skateboarder to developer of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, there was confirmation that Neversoft has passed the franchise to another developer.
"It's probably best for the franchise ... it's time for someone else to add fresh ideas to it," Jewett said.
