As Metroid Prime 3 proved, the Wiimote is a great way to play first-person shooters. So Hudson's new FPS Onslaught is more than welcome, even if it's coming to... WiiWare?
Yes, according to Eurogamer , Hudson's new Wii FPS will need be a downloadable title. The Wiimote will be used for aiming while the nunchuk lobs grenades. There's also four player online co-op, which should be a joy to arrange using friend codes.
The story is pure vanilla (lost contact with a research colony, etc), but the very fact that Onslaught is on the Wii and features online co-op has us interested. Graphics aren't too bad either. Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments below.
