If you've avoided upgrading to the New Xbox Experience until now, it's going to become even harder to avoid in 2009. Ubisoft's HAWX is one of the new games to come bundled with the dashboard update on the disc, requiring the update in order to play HAWX -- and all future Xbox 360 games.
This is the standard policy going forward, Microsoft told 1UP. Every Xbox 360 game going forward will have the dashboard update included.
