US pilot programme only, for now. Microsoft has told Eurogamer there is "nothing to announce" regarding an Xbox Live Rewards program being offered to the public. "The Xbox Live Rewards website is part of a pilot programme we're testing with a small group from our global Xbox Live community," the platform holder told us.
