Virtua Tennis is indeed getting Wii MotionPlus support , confirms Sega.
Looks like this morning's Wii MotionPlus announcement from Nintendo, that included mention of Virtua Tennis 2009, let Sega's secret out of the bag a little early. That or Sega realised it should probably shout about the fact a little louder. Click here to read the full article
