'Noby Noby Boy' Free Update Released, iPhone Version Mere "Bait"?

Eurogamer reports that the new free update for Keita Takahashi’s ( Katamari Damacy ) unendingly flummoxing PSN game Noby Noby Boy has arrived. In addition to some under the hood tweaks, the update adds four-player offline multiplayer support, which allows for all sorts of wacky and disgusting gameplay that will surely generate some very disturbing YouTube clips. More interestingly though is Takahashi’s vision for Noby on the iPhone. Not so much because he hopes to use it as “bait” to coax more cash from executives to produce more updates for the PS3 version, but rather because of the cross-platforming that he envisions between the iPhone and the PS3. “Ideally, I would like to see both PS3 and iPhone versions focus on the same GIRL in space. In short, I want GIRL to grow thanks to the iPhone as well. Even if you don't have a PS3, you could create a PSN account and transfer BOY's length from your iPhone to GIRL.
