Last week, the Commodore 64 finally came to the Nintendo Wii, bringing with it an unexpected bounty of Virtual Console games. This week? The classic computer is nowhere in sight. But we do get something just as good.
The strategy classic Ogre Battle: The March of the Black Queen for the Super Nintendo has officially arrived on Virtual Console. The original is available on eBay, but as only 25,000 copies ever made it to North American shores, you're going to be paying a bit more than the 800 points ($8) that it'll run you on the virtual console.
The WiiWare offering is Family & Friends Party for 1000 points ($10), which brings with it some "very exciting challenges" on an interactive board game for up to eight players. We'll let you decide which is the better deal, but we might be a little biased toward the one that's going for $65 (or more) on eBay. But hey, that's us.
