PSP Survey Suggests Game Rentals

A new survey is hinting at possible plans for the PlayStation Portable. Joystiq reports that a new PlayStation customer survey asks questions about a possible download rental service hosted through Sony itself. Questions are asked on subscription period, price, number of rentals at a time, and details on how games should be added each month. As the report points out, this would certainly make sense to go hand-in-hand with the PSP Go! If Sony is going to start offering games to buy as downloadables, adding subscription functionality wouldn't be difficult. Don't break out your wallets yet, though.
