Rock Band 2 Possibly Coming To Wii And PS2 This Month

There's enough hype surrounding each Rock Band launch on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 that it's easy to forget that their are versions for the Wii and PlayStation 2 versions as well. But Wii and PS2 owners haven't forgotten, and it looks like they might be getting a surprise this month. Wiifanboy is reporting that a recently released GameStop newsletter is showing a December 18 release date for Wii and PS2 versions of Rock Band 2. That's good news for gamers who don't see high-definition graphics as an issues, since it'll be coming almost a month earlier than the date listed on the official website for the Wii version. So keep an eye on that tree, Wii and PS2 owners. That huge box may end up being more than a new set of cookware after all. (link)
