While Electronic Arts sheds staff and drops studios, Ubisoft keeps growing. Now the latest addition to the fold comes from South America.
Videogaming247 is reporting that Ubisoft has acquired Southlogic Studios, one of Brazil's oldest independent developers. The studio has worked with Ubisoft before, developing Imagine: Wedding Designer for the Nintendo DS.
The studio will keep its facilities in Porto Alegre, but will be integrated into Ubisoft Sao Paulo. From there, there will no doubt be many more wedding games where that came from.
