According to a post on Major Nelson's blog, this week's Xbox Live Arcade release will be 3 on 3 NHL Arcade . Priced at $10.00 (800 Microsoft points), this superdeformed hockey game is EA's take on the old anything-goes sports formula -- popularized by mid-to-late '90s arcade hits like NBA Jam and NFL Blitz .
3 on 3 NHL Arcade should show up on the Xbox Live Marketplace sometime this Wednesday, February 11. PlayStation 3 owners can check the game out for themselves right now, as it was already released on the PlayStation Store last Thursday.
