... This will be a free PlayStation Network download for two weeks starting Nov. 5, after which it will cost $4.99. The deal is exclusive to PlayStation 3 owners, as Xbox Live members will have to pay full price – 400 MS Points – from launch. Certainly a raw deal if you bought Brutal Legend for Microsoft’s machine, but that’s the nature of the industry. PS3 owners constantly get the short end of the DLC stick, and all’s fair in the console wars I suppose. Kudos to Sony for cutting a deal, if that’s indeed what happened. ...
