After a false start in the middle of last month, Criterion is finally ready to release the Toy Car pack for Burnout Paradise, with the tiny racers speeding your way this Thursday. Nine little racers make their way to the PlayStation Store and Xbox Live Marketplace this Thursday, adding a whole new, much smaller dimension to Burnout Paradise gameplay. With the entire game built around normal scale vehicles, it should be interesting to see what kind of trouble we can get into once we get behind the wheel of these tiny toy versions. Hot off the heels of the Legendary Cars pack, Criterion Games has announced that the next cars pack for Burnout Paradise will be available for download this Thursday. The new content will bring toy versions of popular cars to the game.
Included in the pack will be miniaturized versions of the Carson GT Concept P12, the Krieger Racing WTR, the Hunter Takedown 4x4, the Hunter Manhattan, and five other toy cars. Criterion Games has revealed a March 5 release date for the latest downloadable content addition to the world's worst driver's education simulator, Burnout Paradise.
The "Toy Pack" will include nine new vehicles, all of which are miniaturized, Hot Wheels-esque versions of larger cars from the Burnout universe.
No price has officially been revealed, but when the package momentarily leaked onto Xbox Live in February, the description listed the pack at $12.50 (or $2 per car).
