Kotaku outlines EA's lawsuit to cancel five trademarks held by Tim Langdell's Edge Games. These trademarks have been used in a number of legal actions for various products with "Edge" in the title, with EA's concern focused on legal threats over their Mirror's Edge property. ... seems like a small issue for EA, we think that filing the complaint is the right thing to do for the developer community.” Langdell tried to say EA’s attempt was to be able to use the title’s Mirror’s Edge while disconnecting Langdell from it. This is actually the most righteous thing EA has done in a long while even if they were doing it for their own benefit. Coincidentally it would make it better for EA and the developer community.
