Before he was turned to eeevil, Plug Man supervised a factory's production of televisions. Now he jumps and shoots. His weapon, which imbues Mega Man with a white and light pink color scheme, is the Plug Ball, an electrical projectile that follows the contours of the terrain, even going up walls.
