... publisher has gotten permission from the US Bankruptcy Court to use its current cash to keep the company going pending a final hearing on Midway's Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection.
While not official yet, the Entertainment Software Association web site no longer lists Midway as a member of the video game trade organization. If true (and it likely is) this will be the eight such company to leave the ESA inside of a year.
Finally, Midway is also no longer listed as an exhibitor at this year's revamped E3 2009 event. Only a few weeks ...
