Activision and Gibson make nice
GoNintendo — Activision and Gibson have been throwing lawsuits at one another for awhile now, but it looks like the end has finally come. A judge has dismissed all suits filed, and now everyone is making nice with each other. Just think of how big of a waste all this was. Nearly a year spent fighting back and forth, and the only things to come from it were time lost and money depleted.
