... Your 1.03 will magically become a 1.04. What's new with this update? I have no idea. What we do know is that Sony is temporarily disabling voice chat. Presumably this is to counteract the additional load required to host VoIP communications.
Sony promises that they will bring back voice chat as soon as the system is capable of handling the additional load. In the mean time, you'll just have to use a USB or Bluetooth keyboard, or even the onscreen keyboard.
