Gears of War 2 getting 'Dark Corners' DLC? Possibly!
Destructoid — ... appears to be the next DLC for Gears 2. While I don't think it's impossible that this could be another map pack, I do think it's unlikely. In fact, I'm much more inclined to believe Dark Corners could very well be an addition to the Gears 2 single-player component. This is all unconfirmed, of course, but with GDC 09 currently going on, it wouldn't be unheard of to expect an update on the situation soon. Speculate away, Destructoid community. [Via Joystiq]

Kotaku — ... 2 level announcements. If the rumor holds true, this would see two Gears of War 2 add-ons released within a month of each other, with Snowblind due out on March 31st. It doesn't seem like a wise idea, releasing more maps while people are still getting used to the last batch, so this could very well be an extension of the single player campaign as well. Hopefully we'll find out more as the Game Developers Conference continues. Until then, strictly in the realm of rumors. Rumor: Gears of Wars 2 "Dark Corners" DLC Coming Soon
Planet Xbox 360 — ... stop at "Snowblind". It appears the train will keep chugging along to its next stop, "Dark Corners," which may be announced during GDC09 this week. [image] The above image says that 'Dark Corners' will be arriving in April some time, after Snowblind, but that's really all we have to go on right now. It would be nice if this was some sort of addition to the single/co-op player campaign and not just more multiplayer maps. We'll be sure to update as soon as we have more information. [SOURCE]
