That's exactly how fans will be experiencing the new Resident Evil film (as pictured above). Paul W Anderson has revealed in an exclusive interview with ShockTillYouDrop that not only will Afterlife be delving into the 3d realm of horror but also will be the start of a new trilogy. What do you guys think? I say a do-over is exactly what the RE film franchise needs (and personally, maybe the game franchise as well, but that's another story, innit?) - but whether you agree or not, the verdict won't be out anytime soon: Resident Evil: Afterlife won't see theaters until September 17, 2010.
