... all this is that Optimus is nearly out of business, and the purchase is being paid for with Optimus stock to the CD Projekt ownership in what is described as a backdoor way for CD Projekt, a privately held company, to enter the stock market without going through the paperwork and other formalities this would normally involve, so if this deal is completed, the current ownership will actually still own the company, but it will then be publicly traded on the Polish stock market.
