Castlevania: The Arcade Now Available in Arcades Across Japan
Kombo.com — Today marks the release of Castlevania: The Arcade in Japan. Using a wand-like controller fashioned in the shape of a whip's handle, you fight off the armies of Dracula by swinging your controller to whip them to smithereens. Check it out: Now, can someone tell me again why this idea is okay for arcades, but somehow isn't fit for the Wii, which pretty much has the wand-and-pointer stuff down pat? Maybe someday they'll port it. While they're at it, they can throw in the first Castlevania arcade game in as a bonus.
