Project Natal - Milo

He’s a creepy little bugger isn’t he? But how exciting are the implications for this technology? It could be endlessly brilliant – the first true step forward, albeit an embryonic one, for mainstream virtual gaming – or it could be just another glorified PS2 Eye Toy. Can you imagine a Resident Evil game that incorporated Project Natal? It’d have the potential for some really disturbing zombie interaction - kind of like that old-school board game Atmosphere but with an infinitely more sophisiticated level of interaction. ...
E3 09: A Visit With Milo
GayGamer.net —
I had many golden moments at E3, but none so golden as running in to Peter Molyneux in the Valve meeting room. As you doubtless know by now, Project Natal is Microsoft's entry into the ...

An application of Microsoft’s Project Natal, for the XBox.

That should disturb you, except David's a robot, a piece of tech that would seem disposable if not for one complicated fact: Monica loves David, and vice versa. Their special bond was created when she read a list of words to him, thereby triggering his undying affection and desire for her acceptance. Both are emotionally charged scenes in a tear-jerking and underappreciated movie. As gamers, we haven't had this sort of bond with the polygonal characters we manipulate. The closest sense of attachment arose ...

hallower1980.blogspot.com 6/10/2009 — Microsoft has sent Project Natal to its developers.
