Here's a quick sneak peek at some God of War III gameplay. Make sure you watch it quickly, because Sony is sure to get it yanked from Youtube. For the time being, this sneaky slice of God of War III footage has made its way into the public domain thanks to a sneaky midnight creeper, and it looks quite exciting. The most amusing part is the bit where the voiceover guy quite clearly says: "Please no filming." The game itself looks exactly how you'd expect -- more of the game, but with prettier graphics. God of War III has been at GDC in playable form. But with rules. People could see the game, but weren't allowed to film it. Silly rules. This is the internet! As you can see above, Youtube user BloodyKain84 leaked footage of the God of War III demo displayed to the press yesterday at GDC. In this video, which will mostly likely be quickly stripped from the internet, we see Kratos mauling a mob of enemies before mounting a cyclops and riding him like a cowboy would a bronco. I think there is something wrong with me because I'm definitely unimpressed with what has been shown. Do I need to go to the doctor to get myself checked because this footage is awesome, or am I right in my disappointment?

Looks like expected: This looks exactly like God of War 1 or 2 with dramatically improved tech. This is just early bootleg footage, so it’s much too early to judge, but I do hope they evolve the core gameplay beyond the first two games.

The above video shows leaked footage of the much-anticipated God of War 3. It;s not just a trailer this time, though; it’s gameplay footage. Nothing spectacular, but gameplay footage nonetheless. The video shows Kratos fighting some enemies, and then fighting a bigger enemy by bashing it’s head for about thirty seconds. Supposedly the game runs at a smooth 60fps most of the time, with a minimum point of 30fps in the more hectic scenes- if you care about that. Just watch the video before the leak is snatched away from us.

A nefarious attendee of this year's Game Developers Conference decided to do evil by taking shaky-cam video footage of upcoming PlayStation 3 epic action game God of War III. When will game companies learn that everything always leaks everywhere, and if you want people to get the best look at your game, you should just post the damn video instead of letting it slip out in low-quality, shot-off-the-screen style?
