The Palm PRE may not be beating the iPhone in terms of sales, but it is winning the hearts of old-school gamers all over the earth: Awesome Pre programmers have created a PlayStation One emulator for the machine, as well as a version of MAME (Multi Arcade Machine Emulator) so you'll be able play Contra all day, and then follow it up with a rousing game of Crazy Climber.

Let's be honest. The Palm Pre is getting some serious hype, and some very good reviews to boot. But there is one selling point that likely isn't one of the bullet points on the back of the box.
Coming from Engadget today is an article revealing that ZodTTD, "master-hacker," has created a PSX emulator for the Palm Pre which is called psx4all.
ZodTTD also claims that the Pre actually handles the jailbreaking and games better than Apple's iPhone 3GS, though he's still dealing with scaling issues among others. Just as he created a Game Boy Advance and a TurboGrafx-16 emulators for the iPhone, he'll be creating them for the Pre as well.
