Prince of Persia movie trailer released, teases that movie could not suck
Gaming Nexus —
by: Charles Husemann NEWS - Here's the first trailer for the movie adaption of Prince of Persia:The Sands of Time and it's not bad. Video: Prince Of Persia Movie Trailer - Needs More Shirtless Gyllenhaal
GayGamer.net —
Let's face it, the Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time movie is first and foremost an excuse to get Jake Gyllenhaal to jump around with his shirt off. And I fully support that. The Effects: I'm bored with Hollywood effects -- they're way too perfect to be interesting -- but these look flawless.
The Director: ...

I apologize for the late evening post, but I've been mired in exams once more. Let's move forwards with an Unproductive Evening GameDev.Net Daily, shall we? I thought I'd mix it up a bit today and start at ShackNews, where it seems that World of Warcraft has been ordered to shut down in China ...

As most moviegoers know, films based on video games tend to suck. There were a few decent flicks, most notably the Tomb Raiders, but those were easier to deal with, thanks to a sexy Lara Croft (played by Angelina Jolie) running around in skintight clothing. Aside from that rare exception, the majority of these insults to cinema (Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun Li) belong in a landfill. This horrible perception will hopefully change with Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time ...
